If I had the drawing with the curves I would wire edm it.
Just need a nice chunk of metal.

You can have SCS cut that shape in 1/4in metal (or 1/2in) and have multiple ones stacked to get to the correct width, you can have a bolt going thru to keep together.
I am sure the die shape is given in the drawings.

I used konga his yoke 3 times. Pretty easy to work with. On one frame I added a plate to mount a kickstand, that made a lot stiffer

How stiff is it without the kickstand plate?
I’ve only ridden the one with the kickstand. That was a good ride.
The other ones I. Just handled while working on them and ones I thought it feels a bit wobbly
