36MM head tube rings in USA

I am looking for 36mm ID head tube reenforcing rings shipped within the USA. Preferably something similar to the MetalGuru 46mm rings.

A 1-1/2" OD tube with .035" walls gets you pretty close to what you need. It won’t have the bottom lip, but that’s not really necessary.

I have these 3 if you want them, can’t remember if they’re Columbus or Solid but for a 36 OD head tube.
