Finding info about fillet brazing 4130 is relatively easy, but I cannot find much of anything on brazing 1026. Is there info out there on the ability of 1026 to be brazed compared to 4130?
Is the plan for PMW to switch over to 1026 for all head tubes?
A quick search and I would say it behaves similar

I just googled and had a look at chemical compisition and mechanical properties. More just a guestimate but I have some 1026 rod here Ive used for pivot shafts and when brazing the silver to it behaved the same as 4130.
I’ve used their 4130 and 1026 head tubes - no noticable difference in brazing.
