I am “storing” an old Anvil jig for a friend. I can’t seem to locate any set up instructions for it anywhere. I had the Journeyman years ago but my memory is fuzzy. I know the angles and such I’m just not certain on the headtube bottom. Is it an X Y measurement on the two scales?

I should have been more clear. I understand those are the measurements for the bottom of headtube and top tube. My question is what, say in bike cad, are the bottom of headtube figures I use.
