Bespoke Aluminium Stem plate

Good morning - a newbie to this forum as I have a very specific question!

My stem plate has been ruined after hitting a nasty pot hole on my Time Trial bike; it is a standard 31.8mm diameter but the bolt width is very unique, as is the distance between top and bottom bolt.

is this something that someone could specifically make to fit or has a spare one available?

thanks

Dan

The manufacturer should be made aware of the issue. They should also replace the part, or the entire stem.

Normally stem pinch bolt ears don’t crack off the rest of the stem. I can think of various reasons why but this really shouldn’t happen. AFAIK there is no industry standard for these bolts or their distance apart. A good builder could make a replacement stem and match the needed dimensions (which the exact pinch bolt to bolt distance isn’t one IMO). Andy
