BESPOKED debuts in Osaka, Japan! The show will take place October 23-25, featuring brands and builders worldwide.
I’m working with the Bespoked team on producing this event and want to highlight a few services that will make it easier for smaller brands and framebuilders to attend the events:
1.) Shipping and Storage - We’ve been able to partner with MKS to offer builders shipping and storage options for shipping bikes and goods to the show. This allows builders and brands to ship pallets ahead of time and store them until the start of the show. The day before the show starts, all shipments at the warehouse will be dropped off for you to collect and build. Post-show, you can break everything down and pack it up at the show. It will then be transported back to the warehouse for shipment back to you.
2.) Ready-made Booths - For all builders, we offer booth walls, bike stands, shelves, electricity and storage options. Trying to save money? Use this service and just show up with your goods! Your booth will be ready for you to decorate as you please when you show up, and when the show is over, pack up your stuff and let the Bespoked team handle the rest.
3.) Grant Identification and Database - We are working on a comprehensive list of grants and scholarships that could help you get to Osaka! Much like the SRAM inclusivity scholarship, we are committed to helping small builders find scholarships that can help fund their trip.
As framebuilders ourselves, we understand the costs and time that comes with shows and travel. Our aim is to make it as easy as possible to show off your work and find direct and material benefit to attending the show. I’ll provide more updates as the come.
Let me know if you have any questions (I’m a proper lurker on CFF) or feel free to email me at: Chris@bespoked.cc
Cheers!
