Bosch Motor and System: Performance CX e-bike system with Stainless 3d Printed Shell

I have a few Gen 2 Bosch Performance CX (Cargo Bike Rated) E-Bike systems that I am trying to help the founder of Juggernaut Cargo sell.

To give you an idea of what we were building you can check here. The Green and Purple bikes are the ones we made with this and the other materials we have.

Please read everything below before you start asking questions I have already answered.

I used these systems to build two of their cargo bikes. They are awesome work horses. There are various parts I can talk about but, but here are the key parts, some of which are not in the photos as the parts are between my shop and Jeff’s.
The Basics:
I believe there are 3 systems. available
includes-
1 motor Performance CX Drive
1 set of cranks
2 battery harnesses
1 kiox controller
1 speed unit
1 lighting harness
2 lights for the front (I’ll have to get brand/model for you but they are awesome)
2 battery mounting hardware
2 sets of weldments for battery mount
1 set motor mounting hardware
1 16-4 Stainless 3d printed Cabinet (designed and printed by Zach and Forest IYKYK)
Batteries, I would have to check what is available. I know there are at least 2 unused at Jeff’s and I think there are 2 with a friend of mine that I had him use to keep them cycling so they don’t brick.
Drive train (additional costs
I think Jeff has at least 1 if not 2 Enviolo rear wheels build (added cost)
Enviolo internal gear grip shift thing, which talks to the Bosch system
there is also various Gates belt and gears
Brakes (+$)
if you want to try to build cargo bikes, we have some TRP brake systems they make for us that are 2in1 brake for the front and a standard for the rear
Wheels (+$)
the rear wheel as mentioned
plus I think there are some front wheels but they are pretty specific to the design but can talk to you about that.
ACC
there are fenders and all sorts of other parts if you want to try to make a whole bike which I can discuss with you, but even if you buy the basic unit stuff I noted above you can build pretty much any kind of e-bike you want.

Ok if you have further questions feel free to reach out I will answer what I can for you.

Interested. Price for a minimal system (no wheels)?

Hey mark. Let me know how minimal. I can do a limited as just motor or motor, cabinet and kiox controller..? Let me know and I’ll figure it out for your.

Sorry to waste your time, this is too early in my thinking about the bike I want to build. Now I’m thinking I’m more likely to go with a hub motor. Prolly will build it as acoustic for now, add a motor when I get old (I’m only 70…) Sorry, TMI, I just want to explain why I’m backing away. GLWS!
