Only a little off topic, but perspective is important.
I personally prefer hooded dropouts and enjoy welding them more than tube to plate.
I also spoke with Mark last week and he said he’d do a run of hooded sliders that will work for 5/8 seat stays and 3/4 chain stays. They would be made from 1” thick plate so the hood would end up narrower than that.
@BikeFabSupply do you have a cad file for your sliders that you can share?
