Anyone have contact info for a real person at Light Bicycle other than the support and sales emails?
I have a huge problem and I need to get in touch with someone that will actually reply to my emails.

I’ve bought several batches of custom drilled rims from them.
My allocated sales person is Tina Liu, but the email is always just sales@lightbicycle.com, not a personal one.
