Hi! If ever you need to reach us at PMW, we’re open Mondays to Fridays, from 8am to 4pm. The best and fastest way to contact us is through email Orders@paragonmachineworks.com. We’ll still pick up the phone during business hours but really, email is the way to go because there’s only two of us in the office. About me, Coco: Although I’m not an avid bike rider, I teach spin class at my local YMCA. My hubby and I own a LBS specializing in family biking and BMX.
