Yes. Lots of practice and patience. Takes me about 15 mins without rushing once I’ve printed the template out. It’s critical to get them this tight to maintain alignment while brazing. I never have to cold set my frames because I do it this way. My self imposed goal is to land every head tube and seat tube within 0.5mm measured over 400mm. I’ve only ever had one frame fall outside of this which was an early one. It was probably more luck than any processe or skill in the beginning.

A quick freshen up. Just a basic paint as I have some plans for a few mods I want to try out and don’t want to mess up a premium paint job. I’ll keep this as a test rig so it will get the brazing torch applied.
Thanks to @nicolaimack at @justridenerang for sorting out some chrome decals. I believe they are now offering custom decal kits to spruce up or make your bike a bit more personal.
What do you think of this blue? Not my normal shade, but I think I like this one.
Time to go and get some scratches in it 'cause bikes aren’t for looking at.
