Cheers. Yes the large eye will need a bore or ream and the Dia.10 holes need a drill to pass through. They don’t need to be tight a tolerance as the chamfer centres the through bolt.

Damn those can’t have been cheap. Love that you stuck with the fabbed look too instead of going all swoopy.

The no design design. Im building and 120mm XC dually without doing a drawing or any modelling just for shits and giggles and a bit of a challenge. Has been interesting going back to mocking stuff up and finding solutions with the materials I have on hand. That was the other rule I set for myself. I kne I had enough tubes and a tapered head tube and a 68mm BB shell. The rest I had to scrap around the off cuts bin to find the right bits.

Very cool. I want to build a short travel trail bike. My first frame is quite heavy, but yours looks quite light. What does it weight?

This one is 3.1kg with shock and no paint.

My Jester 165 enduro frames are about 4.2kg

Thanks. I’m trying to decide whether to hilight it with some contrast colour.

Ugh! The changes never stop.! I can’t help but fettle with the design.

how did you get the texture here? I’ve been interested in that exact texture but don’t know how to do it.

To be completely honest it came like that from the printer. I just asked for sand blasted finish and have just sanded and light polish the ridges.
