Does any have a Park 52.1mm reamer for IS52 head tubes?

I am building my first frame with a IS41/IS52 head tube and I can’t seem to find a reamer for the lower head tube anywhere. Park Tool (Item #738 52.1mm reamer) and QBP have been out of stock for quite a while now. Does anyone have one they would be willing to sell, or possibly let me borrow to complete this frame. I would be happy to pay shipping both ways and a rental fee. I’m in Bethlehem, PA 18017
