First thoughts for a Mini Velo

Hello everyone,

I’m currently planning a minivelo. With a super stable bolt-on rack at the front and possibly a fully integrated one at the back. The bike should primarily be maneuverable in city traffic and be fun. What I don’t want is this sluggish cargo character. I’ve created a BikeCAD drawing for this and wanted to ask if there are any suggestions? Is the trail perhaps too small if something is loaded at the front?

The drive should be single speed, possibly with a belt.

Trail isn’t the only think to consider for a front loaded bike but 50mm is totally reasonable. It’s not quite the same design but I’ve ridden an Omnium Mini a bit (73.5° HTA and 295mm A-C, 25mm Offset fork) which has 48mm of trail and it handled well. Bolt-on/frame mounted front rack is definitley the way to go too!
