I’m in the US and I bought my Cyclus BB threading tool from Rose Bikes a few years ago. Shipping was a little pricey but it was cheaper than Park. I’m happy with the quality.
Rose doesn’t have the EC34. Only 30.
Edit. I just found a used Park Tool on Ebay.
