These are stainless inserts for homemade dropouts that Keith Anderson made 15 or so years ago. They fit 3/16” plate steel and make for strong and elegant dropouts. I might have a CAD file for the front dropout design that I used, or making your own is most of the fun.
4 small (9.5mm, plenty of meat to file to 10) and 2 short horizontal, as well as one derailleur hanger insert.
