Hello I’d try the life disc chainstays with the road S bend.
Is the drawing good ? I’m really surprised to see a first bend at 100mm from the tip and especially a second at 230 mm from the tip.
Thank you !

Columbus drawings have never been great, imo. The squat cross-section view skews what the part really looks like in my mind. The numbers seem to check out though when looking at this quick CAD model.
Thanks @KPacenti. But your cad looks like the life road ‘s’ bend chain stay non disc. Maybe the disc and non disc have the same drawing ? I’ll post the two drawings.
I used the disc drawing, but I’ll double check the bend locations…
Hi Minou,
These stays work well for road disc to fit tires up to 35 or 38 with tire clearance dents.
Yes the bends are at 100 and 230. The 230 bend creates clearance for the crank arm.
When using these i would typically remove 20-30 mm from tip end before mitering to fit bb shell (depending on dropout style), which puts the bends in a favorable spot for the flat mount brake bosses.
Thanks, Carl
@Carl_Snarl @KPacenti Thank you I’ll try my luck with the triple gravel bend then. But I don’t like triple bend stays…
