Hi, I have a customer who’s out in the US right now and he’s managed to snap his rear axle somehow and is unsure if he can remove the broken (threaded) part from the drive-side dropout. It’s an Allotec C85 dropout. I have some of the inserts here but I’m in the UK and I was hoping someone closer to him (he’s in Arkansas) might have something.
I have these. Not sure what they are. I’m in CT

Thanks. I spotted those from Metal-Guru just after I posted this. I assume you’d not want to just part with the inserts?
I would to help out a fellow frame builder. I’m not using them anytime soon.

Heads up for the future that Paragon sliding inserts will also work with those dropouts. Firsthand have 'em. Although you might need to replace both sides in that case.
