Seeking: fork for 26'er

There are some incredible builders here and I’m searching for a fork for my 1989 Miyata RidgeRunner Team. I’d rather buy from a framebuilder than an eBay fork or local co op fork.

Does anyone have for sale a 1 inch steerer, threaded fork they’ve built? Or would be willing to make one? I’ve built up and restored many frames but I have a grand total of 10 minutes of brazing experience under my belt so I’m not comfortable yet making my own fork.

Southern California Frame Builders?

Hi everybody! I had grand plans to convert an old steel MTB into an Omnium-style cargo bike, but I’m hitting a wall. I joined a local maker’s shop here in Southern California that has most of the equipment I need–mills, drill presses, saws, files, TIG machines, torches, etc.–but I’m having trouble finding anyone nearby with frame building experience. No one at the maker’s space knows about tube notching or brazing, for instance, and only one instructor has experience TIG welding frames.
