Check with Todd Farr (Farr Frameworks), I believe he made some offset seat tube towers for Anvil fixtures and may have some left.

If you don’t end up finding one, I’d be happy to lend you mine to reverse engineer. I won’t be using it again til September.

I might end up taking you up on this. It doesn’t seem like too difficult a part to machine. I was hoping to not make another tool, haha.
