XCr Frame: Silver Brazing

Hey,

I was thinking of building a Columbus XCr gravel bike in a few frames time. Was looking for tips on brazing methods for a non-lugged build or maybe lugged around the seat tube if anyone has a good tip on lugs?

I normally silver braze my frames with 34% silver, but I see Columbus recommends 56% on their website. Anyone got any experience to share on XCr brazing? 56% is going to be for lugs and 3d printed parts I’m presuming?

Here’s an example bike built with 34% or 38% silver filet brazing (https://bigforestframeworks.com/en/stainless-xcr-road-bike/)

56% would be for lugs, not fillets. I believe what you want to use for fillets on XCr is something like the old Fillet Pro which was basically a 38-40% silver.
