Australia generally does great pies/pastries. As long as you stay local and not buy the ‘dog food’ production pies. Though some bakeries can be pretty generic. Do they do sausage rolls in the UK? I know it’s a bit of a novelty in the US but can be bought in places like NYC.

There are some British/Irish pubs around Seattle that try their best but…it’s just not the same.

Slightly different post but a couple stages from last weekends State Enduro Champs at Derby. I struggled with the early pedal heavy stages but the Jester shined bright is the fast technical stages. So much fun.
