Anyone else bake bread? I love bread.
I am trying to perfect my sourdough. I am really close. It takes a while.

Im into baguettes and Liegé waffles. I can’t remember to feed a sourdough starter.

I’m not a baker but this brings back memories! I used to live in the same neighborhood with the famous sourdough bread company, Boudin. Because the San Francisco fog kept the air close to the ground, the “yeasty” scent would permeate the surrounding area every morning.

Now I need a baguette and some butter…

I love bread, here is a unwanted opinion that very few seems to get:

You can make the best sandwitch in the world but if you skimp on your bread quality, it’s garbage!
Your bread looks like it would make great sandwitches

My “went to NYC once” bagels. Being Central European, I have little idea how these are supposed to taste, but I loved these.

Very easy and very good. Everybody should try this one.

I also have a cold ferment pizza dough recipe that’s just unbelievable. I do this more than bread loaves these days

Sourdough blueberry scones and sourdough blueberry muffins. I also do a lot of sourdough pizza. It’s so good.

and I still use it all the time!

I’m not into baking, but these little bread rolls are more cheese than anything. Pan de Yuca. Also known by other names.
