Out of curiosity, what about the second pass went wrong? What settings were you using? My settings for the second pass are very different from any other settings I use.

Thanks, my machine settings were the same for fusion vs filler but about 70a for fusion vs 100 for filler. I tried 2pps when I started the filler pass but I couldn’t move fast enough and was just putting extra heat into it. I think it’s mostly technique and skill not settings. I was practicing with .06 filler and ended up using .045 since I got sent the wrong stuff and didn’t want to wait. It also seemed like when I changed my argon bottle my coverage got a lot better, I may have been pushing it to the end of that tank too far or had a bad connection.
